Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc. welcomes additional attorneys to the McAlester office.

Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc. welcomes attorneys Stephanie A. Hansen and Daniel A. Sanders to the McAlester Legal Aid office. Both are members of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Stephanie Hansen earned her undergraduate degree at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and her Juris Doctor from Regent University in Virginia. Ms. Hansen will focus on family law matters, greatly increasing the McAlester office’s ability to meet the needs of the community.

Dan Sanders earned his undergraduate degree at the University of South Dakota and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Sanders is a highly experienced attorney, especially in the field of representation concerning Social Security benefits. Mr. Sanders was previously an attorney at the Hugo Office of Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc. Mr. Sanders’ move makes it possible for the McAlester Office to serve the needs of all of southeastern Oklahoma in the field of Social Security, Veterans benefits, and other areas of the law.

Ms. Hansen and Mr. Sanders join Managing Attorney Janet D. Roloff, Paralegal Theresa Battles, and Receptionist Nancy Baughman. The Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc. McAlester Office is located at 321 S. 3rd St., Suite 6 in McAlester. The telephone number is (918) 423-2030.

The intake hours for new clients are on Tuesdays from 9 am – 12 pm for Family Law Matters and Thursdays from 9 am – 12 pm for all other legal matters.
