Free Legal Help for our Senior Oklahomans
OKSPLASH or, Oklahoma Sixty-Plus Legal Aid Services Helpline, is a collaborative effort between LASO and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services which provides free legal information and services to persons age 60 and over in Oklahoma.
How Can OK-SPLASH Help You?

Seniors can get free legal advice and counseling to help answer important questions for Oklahomans aged 60 and older.
You can ask questions such as:
- Do I need a will?
- If I die without a will, can the State of Oklahoma take my property?
- What can I do if Social Security underpays me or overpays me and wants money back?
- Can my landlord lock me out of my apartment if I do not pay my rent?
- Can I be sent to a nursing home or hospital against my will?
We can also help with:
- Food Benefits/SNAP
- Garnishments
- Guardianships
- Healthcare issues
- Medicaid/Medicare
- Medical access issues
- Nursing home problems
- Powers of attorney
- Public housing
- Subsidized housing
